We recommend booking your private hibachi event as early as possible, especially for weekends and holidays, since dates fill quickly.

Last-minute hibachi bookings may be available depending on your event location, guest count, and chef availability. Weekends and popular dates often fill earlier, so submitting your event details as soon as possible gives the team the best chance of confirming your preferred date and time.

Guest count changes may be possible before your event, but they should be submitted as early as possible. Changes can affect menu quantities, staffing, pricing, and the event minimum. Final guest counts and any related adjustments must be confirmed by the Hibachi buddy team before the event date.

If your plans change, please contact the Hibachi buddy team as soon as possible. Cancellation requests are reviewed based on the timing of the request and your booking details. If you need to reschedule, the team will do its best to help you move your reservation to an available date whenever possible.Contact the Hibachi buddy team
