How It Works?
2. We’ll Contact You Within 24 Hours
1. Submit Your Booking Request Online
Click Book Now and submit your event details through our online booking form.
After we receive your booking request, we’ll contact you within 24 hours by text or email to confirm availability and event details.
3. Confirm Your Booking & Pay the Deposit
Once your event details are confirmed, we’ll send you an invoice. A deposit is required to secure your date and time.
4. Send Your Final Guest Count & Food Selections
Please send your final guest count and each guest’s food selections 7 days before your event. Upgrades and add-ons may change your final total.
We’ll update your invoice based on your final guest count, protein upgrades, add-ons, and any additional services.
5. Receive Your Final Invoice
Please provide tables, chairs, plates, and utensils for your event.
If you need us to provide any of these items, please contact us in advance.
6. Get Ready for Your Hibachi Party
7. Final Payment
The remaining balance is due before or on the day of your event. Gratuity can be given directly to your chef.
